2005 World Floorball Championship for women

The 5th floorball world championship for women was held from May 28th to June 5th, 2005 in Singapore .

The Switzerland defeated Finland in the final with 4: 3 and won her first world title. Bronze went to Sweden . It was the first time for both women and men that the floorball world championships were not won by Sweden or Finland.
