Floorball World Championship 1996

The 1st men's floorball world championship was held from May 11th to 18th, 1996 in Sweden . The venues were Skellefteå , Uppsala and Stockholm .

Sweden defeated Finland 5-0 in the final and became the first world champion. Bronze went to Norway .
