Thomas Küffner

Thomas Küffner (born May 4, 1971 in Landshut ) is Professor of Tax Law at Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences . He works at the Faculty of Business Administration there and holds the Chair of Tax Law. He teaches in the areas of corporate taxation , university taxation law , bookkeeping and accounting , sales tax law and tourism law .

Life

After graduating from high school, Küffner studied law at the University of Passau at the Hans-Carossa-Gymnasium in Landshut . He received his doctorate in 1997 with a thesis on sales taxation in the public sector in the light of EU law . He served as secretary for tax policy of the CDU / CSU - Parliamentary Group in the German Bundestag operates. Küffner also works as a tax consultant , auditor , lawyer and specialist lawyer for tax law.

Küffner regularly publishes specialist articles in numerous tax law journals and is co-author of various monographs and commentaries on sales tax law, such as B. the comment "Hartmann / Metzenmacher". Küffner is the editor of the Munich Legal Articles and of books in the Herbert Utz Verlag .
