The Unité des Communes valdôtaines Valdigne-Mont-Blanc is an association of a total of 5 municipalities in the Italian region of Aosta Valley . It was formed by the usually quite small communities, which are at least partly in mountainous regions, in order to strengthen the region's economic development and to stop the population from emigrating.
