The twin residential building Untermainkai 29/30 in Frankfurt am Main is a historic building in the Bahnhofsviertel that is a listed building.

history

The building, built in the neo-baroque style with a facade made of yellow sandstone, was built in 1894 for the painter and white binder Ludwig Grüder based on designs by the architects Ludwig Neher and Aage von Kauffmann from Frankfurt. It was intended as an apartment building.
