Uncial 0101 (in the numbering by Gregory-Aland , from Soden ε 48) is a Greek uncial manuscript of the New Testament . It was dated to the 8th century using paleography .

description

The codex contains small parts of the Gospel of John 1: 29-32 on a very small sheet of parchment (11 × 9 cm). It was described in one column per page with 14 lines in uncial letters.

The Greek text of the Codex represents the Alexandrian text type . Aland placed him in Category II .

The manuscript is currently in the Austrian National Library (Pap. G. 39780) in Vienna . It was first examined by Karl Wessely .
