Ura ( Dzongkha : ཨུ་ ར་ ) is one of four Gewogs (blocks) of the Dzongkhag Bumthang in central Bhutan . Ura Gewog is in turn divided into five Chiwogs (constituencies). According to the 2005 census, 1953 people live in this weight on an area of ​​267 km². The Dzongkhag Administration states on its website a population of around 2288 people who live in around 300 households in 10 villages or hamlets.

Ura is the smallest Gewog Bumthang in terms of area and is located in the Ura Valley of the same name in the southeast of the district. The development consists of traditional houses with smaller gardens around the house. The roads in Ura are unpaved.
