Maria Peschek (* 12. August 1953 in Weng , district of Landshut ) is a German comedienne , actress and playwright who emerges with dialect programs.

life and career

Peschek, who grew up in Munich, attended the Otto Falckenberg School for the Performing Arts in the state capital of Munich after being recognized by the state as an educator . After various nationwide theater engagements, she appeared for the first time in her prime role of Ratschkathl Paula Pirschl in Passau at the renowned executioner's ax competition , where she won second place. Since then she has appeared in numerous television series and films, for example alongside Ottfried Fischer in Bullen von Tölz or in Franzi . From 1986 she appeared on numerous cabaret stages with her own solo programs and with the Bavarian folk music and cabaret group Die Wellküren and radio presenter and journalist Michael Skasa . From 2000 to 2007 she delivered the weekly gloss at BR as Paula Pirschl.

In 2004, her first play, Sorry, premiered at the Munich Theater am Sozialamt ( TamS ), for which she is continuously writing. Together with the actress Gisela Schneeberger and the guitarist Ardhi Engl , she organized Christmas readings with poems, stories and autobiographical memories during the 2010 Advent season . Maria Peschek is the mother of two children and lives with her husband, the actor Helmut Dauner, in the countryside in Bavaria.
