Ursula Knab

Ursula "Ulla" Knab , married Schlicksupp (from 1953) (born November 22, 1929 in Heidelberg , † May 23, 1989 in Karlsruhe ), was a German athlete and Olympic medalist.

Ursula Knab, who started for USC Heidelberg at the time, won third place in the 100-meter run at the German Championships in 1951 . At the XV. At the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki she won the relay silver medal together with her teammates Maria Sander , Helga Klein and Marga Petersen , behind the team from USA and in front of the team from Great Britain .

In 1952 she received the Silver Laurel Leaf for her athletic achievements .

Ursula Knab was 1.67 m tall and had a competition weight of 58 kg.
