Ursula Schalück-Nickel (born July 9, 1956 in Gütersloh ) is a former German athlete .

In 1976 she won the German Indoor Championships over 60 meter hurdles in 8.22 seconds. At the European Indoor Championships in the same year, she finished fourth. In 1976 and 1977 she was second in the 100 meter hurdles at the German Championships. At the Universiade 1977 in Sofia she reached seventh place and was named "Miss Universiade". Her personal best over the 100 meter hurdles is 13.26 seconds.

She ended her career in 1978 at the age of 22 due to an injury.

Ursula Schalück-Nickel has a son and is married to the former hurdler Günther Nickel . Today she works as an artist and creates bronze sculptures.

At a height of 1.72 m, she had a competition weight of 63 kg.
