Life

His father Toghan Timur ruled as the Mongolian khagan and emperor of the Yuan dynasty from 1333 to 1368/70. He was expelled from Beijing by Chinese insurgents in 1368 . Tögüs Temür's brother, Khagan Biligtü Khan , who ruled from 1370, died in Karakoram in 1378. He was succeeded by Tögüs Temür as ruler under the name of Uskhal Khan. He was finally defeated by the Ming am See Buir Only in 1387. The Chinese penetrated into Karakoram and completely destroyed the former capital of the Mongol Empire. Uskhal Khan was murdered on the Tuul in November 1388 and the Kublaid dynasty became history. Jorightu Khan Yesüder (Mong .: Зоригт хаан, 1358-1392) took over the title of "Mongolian Khagan" from the 'Northern Yuan'. Then around 1400 the Oirats rose.
