The Utah State Route 276 is a highway in southeast Utah in the counties of San Juan , Garfield and Kane . The highway begins on Utah State Route 95 , near Blanding and ends south of Hanksville again on Utah State Route 95. In the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area , the Charles Hall Ferry and the John Atlantic Burr Ferry cross Lake Powell . The highway is 145 kilometers long.
