Víctor Tomás González (born February 15, 1985 in Barcelona ) is a former Spanish handball player .
The left-hander played mostly on the right winger at FC Barcelona in the ASOBAL league and was the team's captain. Due to heart problems, he ended his career after the 2019/20 season.
Tomás played 173 international matches in which he scored 551 goals. At the handball world championship in 2007 he reached seventh place with Spain . A year later he won the bronze medal at the 2008 Olympics . In 2009 he was only 13th at the 2009 World Handball Championship . At the 2010 European Championship , he was sixth. At the handball world championship in 2011 he won the bronze medal. In 2013 he became world champion with the Spanish team . At the European Championships in Denmark in 2014 , he again won bronze.
