Věra Suková , née Pužejová (born June 13, 1931 in Uherské Hradiště , † May 13, 1982 in Prague ) was a Czechoslovakian tennis player .

Her greatest success as a professional tennis player was reaching the Wimbledon final in 1962, which she lost to Karen Susman in straight sets. In 1957 she won the mixed final of the French Open with her partner Jiří Javorský ; they defeated Edda Buding and Luis Ayala 6: 3 and 6: 4.

As a team leader, she won the Federation Cup with Czechoslovakia in 1975 .

Her two children, Helena Suková and Cyril Suk , also became tennis players.
