The group VKF Renzel is an international manufacturer and business-to-business - mail order company of promotional articles and products for shop equipment, space management and pricing , headquartered in Isselburg in North Rhine-Westphalia .
According to its own information, the group of companies generated sales of over 100 million euros in 2017 and employs around 900 people worldwide. The group has 12 subsidiaries and 15 subsidiary companies in 16 countries. The group's premises cover more than 100,000 m². In 2010 the company was one of the top 100 mail order companies in Germany according to sales.
history
In 1985, VKF Renzel GmbH was founded by Heinz Renzel. At the beginning he specialized in the manufacture and sale of products for the price labeling of goods. Several farms in Bocholt-Spork initially served as production and storage facilities. The first foreign branch was founded in 1993 in the Netherlands (in Aalten , later moved to Dinxperlo ). In 1994 the company headquarters with administration, production and logistics was relocated to the Isselburg location , the seat of today's corporate headquarters. In addition to the further development of European locations, a separate branch was established in the USA in 2003 and a Chinese branch in 2009. In 2014, troniTAG GmbH was founded in cooperation with LG Innotek in order to focus on the growing market for electronic price labeling.
