Vahdettin İşsever (born August 7, 1968 ) is a former Turkish boxer.

Career

His greatest international successes were winning a bronze bantamweight medal at the 1986 European Junior Championships in Denmark, a silver featherweight medal at the 1991 Mediterranean Games in Greece, a featherweight gold medal at the 1993 Mediterranean Games in France and a lightweight bronze medal at the 1996 European Championships in Denmark. He is also quarter-finalist of the 1990 World Cup and the 1987 and 1993 European Championships. His career opponents included Kirkor Kirkorow , Juri Alexandrow , Marco Rudolph , Andreas Tews , Serafim Todorow and Leonard Doroftei .

At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta , he was eliminated in the preliminary round against Hocine Soltani .
