Vairengte is a small town in the Indian state of Mizoram .
The city is part of the Kolasib District . Vairengte has the status of a town . The city is divided into 5 wards . On the cut-off date of the 2011 census, it had 10,554 inhabitants, of whom 5,649 were men and 4905 were women. Christians make up the majority of the city's population with a share of over 83%.
