Val-Morin is a small Canadian mountain village with 2216 inhabitants (2001). It is located in the Canadian province of Quebec in the Laurentine Mountains, known regionally as a skiing and hiking area .
The place is about 8 km southeast of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts and 80 km northwest of Montréal .
