The Valadares Gaia Futebol Clube is a Portuguese football club from the Valadares municipality in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia in the Porto district .

The men's team was promoted to the 2013/14 season as champions of the Divisão de Honra in the Divisão de Elite, the top division of the district championship, in which they will also play for the 2016/17 season.

The women's team has been playing in the top division of the national championship for several years and reached the cup final for the 2015/16 season , which was lost 2-1 to CF Benfica . However, on September 3, 2016, the Portuguese Super Cup was won against the same club after a 1-0 draw.
