The Valken (Norwegian for bun ) is a hill in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the northern part of the Ahlmannryggen it rises 10 km southwest of the Marstein .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named the hill descriptively, mapped it on the basis of aerial photographs and surveys of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952) and aerial photographs taken between 1958 and 1959 during the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960) .
