The Vanni peak is about 1,700 meters high mountain in the Loubet coast of Graham lands north of the Antarctic Peninsula . On the Arrowsmith Peninsula looms 3 miles north of Mount Lagally in the Dorsey Mountains .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey mapped it on the basis of measurements and aerial photographs from the years between 1956 and 1959. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1960 after the Italian hydrologist and glaciologist Manfredo Vanni (1898–1976).
