Vasile Dorel Năstase (born January 1, 1962 in Podu Turcului ) is a former Romanian rower .
biography
Vasile Năstase won the gold medal both times at the Universiade in 1987 and 1989 with the Romanian four-man with helmsman . In 1989 he was also world champion in the same boat class. At the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona , he won the silver medal in eighth place . At the world championships in the following two years he won a silver and a bronze medal with the Romanian eighth.
