Veit Riedlin (medic, 1656)

Veit Riedlin , (also Vitus Riedlin the Younger ; born March 19, 1656 in Ulm ; † February 24, 1724 ibid) was a German physician, city doctor in Ulm and member of the academy of scholars " Leopoldina ".

Veit Riedlin was the son of the doctor of the same name, Veit Riedlin, the elder (1628–1668). Riedlin the Younger was initially a physicus in Augsburg and assessor of the medical college there, later he became a city physicus in Ulm.

On November 5, 1693, Riedlin was accepted into the Leopoldina as a member ( matriculation no. 202 ) with the surname CRATERUS .
