Vemb is a place in the Danish region of Midtjylland and lies east of the Nissumfjord . Vemb has been part of the Holstebro municipality since the municipal reform that came into force in 2007 . Before that, the place together with Ulfborg formed the municipality Ulfborg-Vemb , which belonged to the Ringkjøbing office . 1253 inhabitants live in Vemb (as of January 1, 2020).
Holstebro is to the east . Vemb has a train station with an elephant column . There is also a golf course in the nearby village of Råsted . It is also interesting that at Vemb the river Lilleå (dt. "Small river") flows into the Storå (dt. "Big river").
