Venceslaus de Sousa Pereira de Lima
Venceslaus de Sousa Pereira de Lima (born November 15, 1858 in Porto , † December 24, 1919 in Lisbon ) was a politician from the final phase of the constitutional monarchy in Portugal . He was Portuguese head of government from May 14, 1909 to December 22, 1909 and headed a non-partisan government appointed by King Emanuel II. He was also the foreign minister of his country three times .
