The Verbandsgemeinde Wörth is a former Verbandsgemeinde in the district of Germersheim in Rhineland-Palatinate .

history

The Verbandsgemeinde was formed on April 22, 1972 with the thirteenth state law on the simplification of the administrative structure in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate . Thus Büchelberg , Maximiliansau , Schaidt and Wörth became local communities of the association community.

On June 8, 1979, Büchelberg was incorporated into Wörth. On June 10, 1979 Maximiliansau and Schaidt were then incorporated into Wörth, whereby the association was dissolved. At the same time, Wörth am Rhein was elevated to an association-free city .
