The United Möbelfabriken Germania AG was a stock corporation founded in Bad Lauterberg at the beginning of the 20th century with a branch in Kaiserslautern for the manufacture of chairs and similar furniture .

In the late founding period of the German Empire , several furniture factories came together in Bad Lauterberg to found the United Furniture Factory "Germania" as a stock corporation on August 6, 1908. The "[...] manufacture and sale of chairs and related articles" was entered in the commercial register. After the First World War and at the beginning of the Weimar Republic , the United Möbelfabriken Germania AG was taken over by the Oldenburger Reederei AG in 1920 .
