Constitution for Württemberg-Baden

The constitution for Württemberg-Baden of November 28, 1946 was changed by the law of March 29, 1949 (RegBl. P. 43) and repealed by Article 94 paragraph 2 of the constitution of the newly founded Baden-Württemberg of November 11, 1953. The constitution was divided into two main sections, “On Man and His Orders” and “On the State”, as well as the final provisions. Württemberg-Baden merged with Württemberg-Hohenzollern and Baden in the state of Baden-Württemberg on April 25, 1952 .
