The publisher Ferdinand Berger is an Austrian company with headquarters in Horn (Lower Austria).
history
The publishing house was founded in 1868 together with the printing company. Initially, the publishing activities were limited to regional newspapers and printing works. From 1920 on, publications from the fields of history, fiction , poetry and specialist literature were also included in the publishing program. Today the Ferdinand Berger publishing house maintains relationships across Europe.
In addition to the publishing house of various authors, he is also the editor of the various printed works of the Federal Monuments Office , such as the Austrian editions of Dehio and the Austrian Art Topography .
