Church of Reconciliation

The Reconciliation Church is an Evangelical Lutheran church at Hugo-Wolf-Straße 18 in Munich- Harthof , west of the Harthofanger . It is part of the Munich Cultural History Trail .

It was designed by Franz Gürtner and inaugurated on June 30, 1957. On March 8, 1960, the municipality was raised to an independent municipality. In 1961 the organ with 2 manuals , a pedal and 10 stops was installed by Orgelbau Schmid . Your disposition can be viewed here.

On October 14, 1962, the buildings that had been built in the meantime for a kindergarten with a daycare center and a community hall were inaugurated. The day care center was able to take in 100 children.

In 1974 an elderly care station was established in the community, which later developed into the Harthof-Freimann social station (better: Diakoniestation). Also in 1974 a curative educational day care center (HPT) was launched, which worked on its own property in Rathenaustraße until the building was completed.
