Verschneid ( Italian Frassineto ) is a fraction of the municipality of Mölten in South Tyrol ( Italy ). The district is located at 1100 m slm and has 200 inhabitants. Just under three kilometers south of the core town of Mölten, Verschneid is located on a terrace above the Etschtal on the Tschögglberg .
Attractions
The church of St. Blasius is located in the center of the village of Verschneid, with a baroque fresco from 1621, the tower is of Romanesque origin.
