In 1987 the company between Frans and Richard Vervaet was divided, Frans Vervaet led at the site Biervliet its share with a John Deere -Representation, a Mazda -Auto-representation and the production of beet lifters continued. In the early 1990s, the Vervaet Hydro Trike, a three-wheel system vehicle, was developed . It was designed as a tricycle to reduce soil compaction by distributing the vehicle mass over the largest possible floor area and was primarily intended to be used for spreading liquid manure. A new factory was built in 1992 on the outskirts of Biervliet, which was expanded to a production area of 10,000 m² in 1996 and 2000. Also in 2000 a new building for the John Deere agency was built.
