In the agreed administrative community Bad Mergentheim in the Main-Tauber district of Baden-Württemberg , a city and two municipalities have come together to handle their administrative business. The seat of the agreed administrative community is at Marktplatz 8 in the city of Bad Mergentheim ( fulfilling municipality ).

Structure and tasks

A joint committee made up of representatives of the municipalities involved decides on the fulfillment tasks. The chairman of the joint committee is the mayor ( Udo Glatthaar ) of the fulfilling community (Bad Mergentheim). The "agreed administrative community" is not itself legally competent , as it is not a corporation under public law and therefore also not a community association . The scope of the assigned tasks of the agreed administrative community determines § 61 of the Baden-Württemberg municipal code .
