In the agreed administrative community Tauberbischofsheim in the Main-Tauber district of Baden-Württemberg , a city and three communities have come together to handle their administrative business. The seat of the agreed administrative community is at Marktplatz 8 in the city of Tauberbischofsheim.

history

The agreed administrative community Tauberbischofsheim was formed on October 1, 1977 on the basis of §§ 59 ff. GO in conjunction with § 25 of the law on municipal cooperation.

Member municipalities

Members of this administrative community created by a public law agreement are:

structure

According to § 59 of the Baden-Württemberg municipal code, the town of Tauberbischofsheim is the fulfilling municipality , that is, it fulfills the tasks of the administrative community. A joint committee made up of representatives of the municipalities involved decides on the fulfillment tasks. The chairman of the joint committee is the mayor ( Wolfgang Vockel ) of the fulfilling community (Tauberbischofsheim). The "agreed administrative community" is not itself legally competent , as it is not a corporation under public law and therefore also not a community association .

tasks

The scope of the assigned tasks of the agreed administrative community determines § 61 of the Baden-Württemberg municipal code .

Legal completion tasks

The city of Tauberbischofsheim advises neighboring communities on how to fulfill their tasks. In addition, the fulfilling municipality takes care of the following matters of the municipality administration on behalf of the member municipalities in accordance with the resolutions and orders of the municipality organs:

  • the technical matters in the binding land-use planning and the implementation of land management measures as well as measures according to

the urban development law,

  • the planning, construction management and local construction supervision in building construction and civil engineering projects,
  • the maintenance and development of the second-order waters,

More to-do tasks

In addition, instead of the member communities, the fulfilling community carries out other tasks on its own:

  • the preparatory land-use planning,
  • at the request of the municipalities, the obligation to dispose of waste water in accordance with a special agreement.
