Administrative community Griesbach im Rottal

The administrative community Griesbach im Rottal in the Lower Bavarian district of Passau was founded on May 1, 1978 as part of the municipal reform . It included the communities of Griesbach im Rottal (since January 5, 2000 Bad Griesbach i.Rottal ), Haarbach and Tettenweis . With effect from January 1, 1980, the community of Haarbach was dismissed. The corporation was dissolved on January 1, 1990, and since then both municipalities have had their own municipal administrations.

The seat of the administrative community was Griesbach im Rottal.
