Location of the former administrative community in the Unstrut-Hainich district

The three municipalities of Lengenfeld unterm Stein , Hildebrandshausen and Rodeberg had come together in the administrative communities Hildebrandshausen / Lengenfeld unterm Stein (northwest Thuringia / Unstrut-Hainich district ) . The administrative community of 45.97 km² and 3941 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2007) was located in Lengenfeld unterm Stein. The last chairman was Jörg Engelmann-Bärenklau.

history

The administrative community was founded on May 18, 1992 from originally two communities. Rodeberg was admitted on September 30, 1994. With the merger of the former two member communities Hildebrandshausen and Lengenfeld unterm Stein with the communities Katharinenberg and Heyerode to form the new community Südeichsfeld on December 1, 2011, the administrative community was dissolved; the new congregation became a fulfilling congregation for the third member congregation in Rodeberg.
