Administrative community Schönebeck (Elbe)

In the administrative community Schönebeck (Elbe) of the Salzlandkreis in Saxony-Anhalt , four municipalities were united to handle administrative business.

On January 1, 2009, the administrative community was dissolved and the member communities Plötzky , Pretzien and Ranies incorporated into the town of Schönebeck (Elbe) . The administrative community had 35,238 inhabitants (December 31, 2007) on an area of ​​85.8 km². The last head of the administrative community was Hans-Jürgen Haase.
