Victor A. Hidalgo Justo
Victor A. Hidalgo Justo (born October 6, 1927 ) is a former Dominican politician and diplomat, university professor.
Education
He holds degrees in pharmacy and chemistry and a licentiate in philosophy .
Life
- January 7, 1966 to 1967 - Minister of Education, Art and Culture in one of the governments of Joaquín Balaguer .
- From 1967 to 1968 - advisor to Joaquín Balaguer.
- From 1968 to 1969 - General Director for Post and Telecommunications.
- From 1969 to 1971 - State Secretary in the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- 1973 to 1978 - General Director of Telecommunications.
- From December 11, 2000 to December 15, 2003 - Ambassador to the Holy See .
