The Victor Bay is a bay on the coast of the East Antarctic Adélielands between the Pourquoi Pas Point to the west and Mathieu rock to the east.
It was mapped using aerial photographs taken by the United States Navy during Operation Highjump (1946–1947). The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1955 after the French polar explorer Paul-Émile Victor (1907-1995), who organized French expeditions to Greenland (1948-1951) and the Antarctic (1948-1953 and 1955-1956).
