Victoria Hett (* 1984 in Cherryville (British Columbia) ) is a Canadian enduro athlete . She was Canadian Enduro Champion in 2009 and has so far taken part twice with the national team in the International Six-Day Race.

Career

Victoria Hett grew up in a family who loved motorsports. When she was five, she first rode a motorcycle, a Yamaha PW 50 . At the age of 12 she competed in local enduro races on a Honda XR 200 .

In 2009 she started with a KTM in the first ever Canadian championship "World Enduro Canada" in the women's class. She won the Eastern and Western Championship in the amateur class and thus the overall championship. She also won various other off-road races in Canada and the United States.

The following year started in the "World Enduro Canada" in class A (advanced) and drove in a class with the men. She ended up 23rd in the Western Championship. In the same year she was a member of the first Canadian women's team at the 85th International Six Day Race in Mexico. She finished the competition 8th and won a bronze medal. The team with Almeda Rive and Karine Gendron came in 5th.

In 2011 she switched to a GasGas and continued to drive in the "World Enduro Canada" in class A. In the western championship she finished 18th and in the eastern championship a 6th place overall, she was 10th in the PNWMA Off -Road Series she was third in the mixed class "Intermediate".

In 2012 she drove again in the women's class and was third in the western championship and in the overall standings. Together with Amber Rae Giroux and Almeda Rive, she formed the Canadian national team at the 87th International Six-Day Race in Saxony. She finished ninth in the women's standings and won a bronze medal. Due to the failure of their two riders, the Canadian team only ended up in seventh place.
