Videoaktiv Digital ( own spelling in capital letters ) is a German specialist magazine for video technology .
history
The magazine was founded in 1982 as a video journal by the Munich publisher Laterna Magica and initially dealt with the subject of film in general , later the editorial team specialized in film production and technology . When the first video active appeared at the beginning of 1983 , the first video cameras came out and the subject area changed to video technology . For issue 1/1988, Videoaktiv was taken over by the Stuttgarter Motorpresse , which concentrated the editorial team in Stuttgart and " video " editor-in-chief Ulrich von Löhneysen also handed over the editor-in-chief of Videoaktiv .
In 1994 Videoaktiv was discontinued as a monthly magazine due to the ailing camcorder market and continued as a sheet-in-a-sheet in video . After the camcorder market with DV camcorders boomed in 1997, Videoaktiv Digital was published again in 1998 with two special issues. From spring 1999, Videoaktiv Digital appeared again every two months as an independent magazine. In 2005 Aktiv Verlag took over the magazine and runs it under editor-in-chief Hans Ernst as a trade magazine parallel to the Internet portal Videoaktiv .
