Vienna is a city in Wood County , West Virginia , along the Ohio River . Vienna is a suburb of Parkersburg . The 2000 census counted 10,861 residents.
Demographics
The 10,861 inhabitants of Vienna determined in the 2000 census lived in 4,733 households; among them were 3,152 families. The population density was 1,118 per km². 5,074 residential units were recorded in the village. Among the population, 96.7% were White, 1.0% African American, 1.3% Asian, and 0.3% from other races; 0.7% said they belonged to several ethnic groups.
