The Fourth Kuril Road ( Russian Четвёртый курильский пролив ; Tschetvjorty Kurilski proliw ) is a strait in the northern Kuril Islands . It separates the two islands of Onekotan and Paramushir . Its width is 43 km. It connects the Sea of Okhotsk with the Pacific Ocean .
