Vigintas Višinskis
Vigintas Višinskis (* 1962 in Kaišiadorys , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian lawyer, judge in the Lietuvos apeliacinis teismas , civil procedural lawyer , professor at the Mykolas Romer University in Vilnius .
biography
1986 graduated Višinskis the diploma study of law at the University of Vilnius and then the doctoral studies. In 2000 he did his doctorate at the MRU. In 2008 he completed his habilitation at the Mykolas-Romer University. He has worked there so far.
From 1989 to 1993 he worked as a judge and chairman of the Telšiai District Court . From 1993 to 1994 he was a judge in Lietuvos Aukščiausiasis Teismas , from 1997 to 1998 assistant at Vilnius University . From 1997 he is a judge in the Lietuvos apeliacinis teismas , from 1998 assistant, then lecturer and from 2010 professor at the Mykolas-Romer University.
From 1995 to 2001 he was a member of the working group for the drafting of the Civil Procedure Code of Lithuania .
