Viktor Elzer

Viktor Elzer (born December 22, 1887 in Mistek , Mährisch Ostrau district , † February 18, 1963 in Berchtesgaden ) was a German politician ( GB / BHE ) and a member of the Bavarian state parliament .

He attended the elementary school in Mistek, the grammar school in Friedek and the technical college in Dresden . In 1911 he completed his studies with a diploma examination at the faculty of factory engineers.

By the end of April 1912 he gained internship at the Kyrilow company, a processing company in Moscow. From May 1, 1912, he became an employee of his father's company in Mistek. He participated in the First World War, most recently as a first lieutenant and battery commander. He became a partner in his father's company and was a managing partner there from 1939 to 1945. During this time he was Vice President of the Prague Contractors 'Association and member of the board of the Prague Spinners and Weavers' Associations .

From May 1945 he was interned in a Czech camp. Here he became severely disabled (70%). At the end of May 1946, he was forcibly relocated to Berchtesgaden. Since then he has been working in refugee care in Berchtesgaden.

From 1948 he was a member of the Berchtesgaden municipal council and leader of the “Free Electoral Community” in the municipal council.

From November 26, 1950 to November 28, 1954, he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament for the constituency of Upper Bavaria . In the state parliament he was a member of the committee for the rules of procedure and the committee for food and agriculture. From September 6, 1951, he was the third secretary of the state parliament presidium.
