Upper Bavaria constituency
The constituency of Upper Bavaria is a constituency for the Bavarian state parliament and district elections . Territorially, it corresponds to the Bavarian district of Upper Bavaria .
The last state parliament and district election took place in 2018. 3,199,094 residents were eligible to vote . The turnout was 74.7%.
The constituency of Upper Bavaria sends 61 members to the Bavarian state parliament , 31 of which are directly elected . In addition, three overhang mandates and five compensatory mandates were awarded after the state elections in 2018 , so the constituency currently has a total of 69 members.
