Upper Palatinate constituency

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The constituency of Upper Palatinate is a constituency for the Bavarian state and district elections . Territorially, it corresponds to the Bavarian district of Upper Palatinate .

Constituencies

Up until the 2008 election, the constituency was divided into nine constituencies. Since the number of residents entitled to vote had decreased compared to the other constituencies, the Regensburg-Land, Schwandorf constituency was dissolved for the 2013 election and divided between the previous Regensburg-Land-Ost constituencies (from 2013 Regensburg-Land constituency ) and Schwandorf . The district of Amberg-Sulzbach took over some communities from the district of Schwandorf, the district of Regensburg-Land-Ost gave some to the district of Regensburg-Stadt , the city of Windischeschenbach moved from the district of Weiden in the Upper Palatinate to the district of Tirschenreuth . The district numbers have been adjusted accordingly.
