Joachim Hanisch (born May 25, 1948 in Schwandorf ) is a German politician of the Free Voters (FW) in Bavaria . With a brief interruption, he has been a member of the Bavarian State Parliament since 2008 .

Life

Hanisch reached the technical college entrance qualification in 1968 . He then served in the Bundeswehr in 1969 and 1970 . After studying for a degree in administrative management at a university of applied sciences, he worked in the higher non-technical administrative service.

politics

Hanisch was the first mayor of the Bruck market from 1980 to 2008 . He had been a member of the Free Voters since 1980, for which he was deputy district administrator since 1990. In 1986 he became deputy state chairman of FW Bayern, which he remained until 1991. From 1998 to 2008 he was district councilor of the Upper Palatinate . In 1999 he was awarded the Municipal Medal of Merit in bronze. In the state elections in 2008 he ran in the district of Regensburg-Land, Schwandorf and was elected to the Bavarian state parliaments via the Upper Palatinate district list. There he was Chairman of the Committee for Local Affairs and Internal Security and a member of the Committee for Federal and European Affairs. He was also the spokesman for his parliamentary group for local affairs and internal security.

In the state elections in Bavaria in 2013 , he narrowly failed to move back in. On May 1, 2014, however, he replaced Tanja Schweiger , who was elected district administrator for the district of Regensburg , in the state parliament. In the state elections in Bavaria in 2018 , Hanisch again succeeded in entering the state parliament. Since November 2018 he has been deputy chairman of the parliamentary group of free voters.

Private

Hanisch is married and has four children.
