Viktor of love

Viktor von Liebe (born September 5, 1835 in Wolfenbüttel , † September 13, 1906 in Berlin ) was a German judge .

Life

His father, Friedrich von Liebe , was the Federal Plenipotentiary of Braunschweig in the Frankfurt National Assembly and, in 1847, worked on the General German Exchange Regulations. In 1859, von Liebe passed the first legal examination with good . In 1860 he was an auditor in Riddagshausen and at the Braunschweig public prosecutor's office. In 1864 he passed his legal traineeship with good . Then he worked at the Braunschweig City Court. In 1869 he was appointed assessor. He then worked as the city court secretary in Braunschweig, then in 1873 as the district court secretary in Wolfenbüttel, and in 1874 as the higher court secretary. Viktor von Liebe became district judge in Wolfenbüttel in 1875. Then he was seconded to the 1st BGB Commission as an assistant. There he helped Reinhold Johow and Gottfried Schmitt by replacing Karl Martini (1845–1907) from Mecklenburg. In 1889 he entered the Imperial Court with the end of the 2nd Commission. In 1897 he retired.
