Vil de Matos is a Portuguese town and former municipality.

The former municipality ( Freguesia ) belongs to the district ( concelho ) of Coimbra and had a total area of 9.6 km². On June 30, 2011, 870 inhabitants lived on the territory of the former municipality.
As part of the administrative reorganization in Portugal on September 29, 2013, Vil de Matos was merged with the municipality of Antuzede to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Antuzede e Vil de Matos . Antuzede became the headquarters of the new municipality.
